Many of my clients have struggled with disordered eating or an unhealthy relationship with food for much of their lives and often feel hopeless, that they can’t get unstuck, or that they aren’t “sick enough” to warrant help. That there is something wrong with them.
But guess what? It’s not them that is the problem. Our diet-obsessed culture has made a mess out of one of our most basic human needs- to feed ourselves.

I approach nutrition from a holistic standpoint: I believe that we all possess the ability to be our own nutrition experts and become confident, intuitive eaters.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I have the knowledge and experience to guide you, but as we work together you will gain confidence to ditch unhealthy habits that aren’t serving you and stand up to that negative voice that is holding you back.

We accept most insurance plans. A portion of the program can be billed to insurance and a portion cannot. You can use a HSA or FSA card to pay for your portion of the cost. We offer a significant discount for using insurance towards the costs of the program.
There’s no limit on how many times we meet. You get as much support as you need to be successful in our time together. We care mostly about getting you to your goal as quickly as possible so we don’t put a limit on our time together. Most of our clients find that meeting every couple weeks is a good frequency with unlimited messaging in between sessions.
In addition to unlimited sessions and support, the program also includes the tests necessary for your specific program, cooking lessons/meal prep, meal plans, reference resources and videos.
No! While the structure and focus of the plans are the same, what happens during the 3 months is entirely dependent upon what you need to be successful. All of our plans are completely individualized by your dietitian for your unique needs.
We have an easy to use, secure HIPAA-compliant messaging portal that you will be invited to once you enroll in a program. You can access this from any device and use the portal to send instant messages and pictures, fill out journals, schedule appointments and more.
Don’t worry, we won’t leave you on your own! After the initial 3 months, we offer check-in sessions.
